Position Summary
This position involves working in the Home Depot stores generating appointments for HVAC services with the customers. The primary objective of this position is to approach customers and provide them with the opportunity to schedule an estimate for a new HVAC unit. This role simply forwards customer information to our Customer Service Representative for an appointment to be scheduled. The lead generator will also work closely in the stores with Home Depot Associates and managers.

The Appointment Lead Generator will work in both the Conway Home Depot location, alternating weekends between the two stores. Hours will typically be Tuesday thru Saturday 9 am to 6 pm.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Will be required to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Be a self-starter, with the ability to stay focused and be self-disciplined
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Energetic individual who is enthusiastic about his or her work
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Must be detail-oriented and organized
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation:

• $13.00/hour
• 1% bonus for every unit sold by generator
